Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Bunkr Mobile ("Bunkr," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Bunkr Features
- Golf scorecard tracking and Bunkr Rating calculation
- Live scoring with real-time updates and comments
- GPS shot tracking with distance calculations
- Social networking features for golfers
- Friend suggestions based on location and activity
- Marketplace for buying and selling golf equipment
- Game tracking (skins, nassau, match play, wolf, stableford)
- Tee time scheduling and management
- Direct and group messaging
- Golf course information and weather data
Eligibility
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bunkr. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of Bunkr, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. After requesting deletion:
- You have a 7-day grace period to cancel
- You may cancel deletion up to 3 times
- After 7 days, deletion is permanent
- All your personal data will be removed
- Some anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for illegal gambling where prohibited
- Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Use automated systems or bots
Content Standards
All content you post must:
- Be accurate and truthful
- Comply with applicable laws
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not contain offensive or inappropriate material
- Not promote illegal activities
User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Bunkr. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Marketplace Terms
Listing Guidelines
When listing items in the marketplace:
- Provide accurate descriptions and photos
- Set fair and reasonable prices
- Disclose any defects or issues
- Only list golf-related items
- Complete transactions in good faith
Transactions
- Bunkr is a platform only; we are not party to transactions
- Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk
- We do not guarantee any listings or transactions
- All sales are between users directly
- We do not handle payments or shipping
Prohibited Items
You may not list:
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Illegal or regulated items
- Non-golf related items
- Items violating intellectual property rights
Golf Games and Score Tracking
What Bunkr Provides
- Bunkr tracks golf games like skins, nassau, match play, wolf, and stableford
- We help you track points, game outcomes, and settlements between players
- We provide tools to calculate who owes whom after a round
- We track win/loss records and game statistics
- Settlement tracking is informational only (points or dollar amounts as abstract values)
What Bunkr Does NOT Do
- We do NOT process any monetary transactions
- We do NOT hold, transfer, or manage any funds
- We do NOT facilitate actual gambling or wagering
- We do NOT take commissions or fees
- We do NOT guarantee payment between users
User Responsibilities
- You must be 18+ years old to use game tracking features
- All settlements are private arrangements between players
- Any money transfers happen outside the app entirely
- You are responsible for settling up with other players
- Bunkr is not responsible for disputes between players
Important Note: Bunkr is a scorekeeping and game tracking tool only. We do not facilitate, encourage, or enable gambling. Any references to "points" or "dollars" in games are for tracking purposes only. Users are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with local laws.
Disclaimers
Service Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
No Warranty
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- Results from the Service will be accurate or reliable
Limitation of Liability
Liability Limits
IN NO EVENT SHALL BUNKR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100 IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID US ANYTHING.
We are not liable for any issues arising from marketplace transactions or gaming activities.
