Terms of Service for Bunkr Mobile

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bunkr Mobile ("Bunkr," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Bunkr is a mobile application that provides:

  • Golf scorecard tracking and Bunkr Rating calculation
  • Social networking features for golfers
  • Marketplace for buying and selling golf equipment
  • Game tracking for golf betting games (skins, nassau, match play, wolf, stroke play)
  • Tee time scheduling and management
  • Golf course information and weather data

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bunkr. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Bunkr, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Bunkr become our property and may be used without compensation to you.

7. Marketplace Terms

7.1 Listing Guidelines

When listing items in the marketplace:

  • Provide accurate descriptions and photos
  • Set fair and reasonable prices
  • Disclose any defects or issues
  • Only list golf-related items
  • Complete transactions in good faith

7.2 Transactions

  • Bunkr is a platform only; we are not party to transactions
  • Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk
  • We do not guarantee any listings or transactions
  • All sales are between users directly
  • We do not handle payments or shipping

7.3 Prohibited Items

You may not list:

  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Weapons or dangerous items
  • Illegal or regulated items
  • Non-golf related items
  • Items violating intellectual property rights

7.4 Disputes

Users are responsible for resolving transaction disputes. Bunkr may assist but is not obligated to intervene.

8. Gaming and Betting Features

8.1 Recreational Game Tracking

  • Golf games (skins, nassau, match play, wolf, stroke play) are tracked for recreational purposes
  • Bunkr tracks game results but does not process payments
  • Users handle all financial settlements outside the app directly with each other
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws

8.2 No Payment Processing

  • Bunkr does not process any monetary transactions
  • We do not take commissions or fees from games
  • All financial arrangements and settlements are between users directly

8.3 Disclaimer

  • Bunkr is a scorekeeper for golf games, not a gambling platform
  • Game tracking features help you keep score for skins, nassau, match play, wolf, stroke play, and similar games
  • We track who owes who - users settle directly outside the app

9. Privacy and Data

9.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of Bunkr is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

9.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide, including:

  • Scorecard information
  • Bunkr Rating calculations
  • Profile information
  • Marketplace listings

10.4 Payment Applications

Bunkr may provide links to third-party payment applications (such as Venmo) for your convenience. These links redirect you to external applications where transactions occur entirely outside of Bunkr. We do not process, facilitate, or have any involvement in these transactions. Your use of third-party payment applications is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Bunkr Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Bunkr and its licensors.

11.2 Trademarks

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

11.3 Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bunkr, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your marketplace transactions

14. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BUNKR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

14.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100 IF YOU HAVEN'T PAID US ANYTHING.

14.3 Marketplace Liability

We are not liable for any issues arising from marketplace transactions, including:

  • Product quality or authenticity
  • Failed transactions
  • Disputes between users
  • Lost or damaged items

14.4 Gaming Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Disputes over game results
  • Financial losses from golf games
  • Legal issues arising from gambling activities
  • Accuracy of game calculations
