1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
Bunkr Golf LLC ("Bunkr," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to creating a safe environment for all users of the Bunkr Golf app. The safety and protection of children is a top priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Bunkr Golf strictly prohibits any and all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, including photographs, videos, digital images, or computer-generated images, of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor.
- Grooming: Any behavior intended to build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation, including solicitation and enticement.
- Sextortion: Any attempt to coerce, blackmail, or threaten a minor using sexual images or content.
- Sexual solicitation of minors: Any attempt to engage a minor in sexual conversation, request sexual images from a minor, or arrange an in-person meeting with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Trafficking: Any activity related to the sex trafficking of minors.
- Any other conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children.
Users who engage in any of the above activities will be immediately and permanently banned from the Bunkr Golf platform. We will report all instances of CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
3. Age Requirements
- Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Bunkr Golf.
- Users under 18 years old must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly terminate their account and delete their personal data.
4. In-App Reporting Mechanism
Bunkr Golf provides an in-app reporting feature that allows users to report content or behavior that violates our policies, including concerns related to child safety. To submit a report:
- Navigate to the content or user profile in question.
- Tap the report option (flag icon).
- Select the appropriate category for your report.
- Provide any additional details that may help our review.
- Submit the report.
All reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed promptly.
5. How We Address CSAM
When we become aware of potential CSAM or CSAE on our platform, we take the following actions:
- Immediate removal: Any content identified as potential CSAM is immediately removed from the platform.
- Account suspension: The account associated with the content is immediately and permanently suspended.
- Preservation of evidence: Relevant data is preserved in compliance with applicable law to assist law enforcement investigations.
- Reporting to NCMEC: We report all instances of apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through their CyberTipline, as required by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
- Law enforcement cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE, including providing information as required by valid legal process.
6. Proactive Safety Measures
Bunkr Golf employs the following measures to promote child safety on our platform:
- Content moderation: We review reported content and take action against policy violations.
- User blocking: Users can block other users to prevent unwanted contact.
- Account restrictions: Users who violate our policies may have their accounts restricted, suspended, or permanently banned.
- Age requirements: We enforce minimum age requirements for account creation.
- Community Guidelines: Our Community Guidelines explicitly prohibit sexual content, solicitation, harassment, and any form of exploitation.

Bunkr Golf complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — United States
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A — Mandatory reporting of apparent CSAM to NCMEC

9. User Education
